Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order and we offer free UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £30.

How do I use a promotional code on your site?
Please enter the code during checkout process (please note codes may be case sensitive).

When will I receive my order?
UK Mainland orders can take up to 3 or 4 working days to reach you although this is usually sooner.

My order has not arrived?
In the rare circumstance that your order does not arrive in this time we would you request that you wait up until 10 days to allow for any delays with postage after which time we will investigate with our courier service or Royal Mail.

Do you post out orders at the weekend?
Not at the moment. Parcels are normally dispatched Monday to Friday.
